This exhibition begins with a coordinate — a precise point in the landscape where an artwork once stood, and where a trajectory was set in motion. 59°50’39.9”N 7°08’53.0”E is both an homage to that earlier intervention and a return to its aftermath.

For the first time, Thibeau presents his work under the name Scar-cériaux, marking a shift in how he inhabits and claims the position of artist. The exhibition brings together earlier objects with new photographic works that trace not only these forms, but also the journeys undertaken to reach that remote coordinate. As such, movement, distance, and repetition become part of the work itself.

Here, objects are no longer fixed endpoints. Through photography and travel, they unfold across time and geography, oscillating between presence and memory. Past and present coexist, layered like a map in which routes, scars, and materials quietly align.
